Third Solar Water Project of Karin and Jörg in the vicinity of the Hagen School

The Name of the village is called Kon Ywa. In this village there are 120 families with 600 people. In this village they have two tube-wells. And there is no electricity in one of their tube-wells. So donated a solar pumping system for this tube well. It has 850 feet depth, and the pump is at 430 feet. The pump power is 7.5 Hp and the diesel generator took a gallon of diesel per hour. They pump formally six hours a day with diesel. So they used 5 Gallons of diesel per day. They distribute the water to the village by pipeline and people pay 500 Kyats per unit. It is around 50 Gallons of water. The village needs 15,000 Gallons per day and now we pump 2500 Gallons of water per hour. And we can pump 6 Hours with our solar system. So it covers the full amount of the water needed from the village. And it saved 6762 liters of diesel per year and will benefit 8.77 Million Kyats = for the village people. /Min Min
