Solar Water Project of Petra near Hagen School

The name of the village is called Ywa Ma. This is a village with 311 Families and there are 1747 people living in the village. They have electricity in the village. They also have the same problem as the first one. Because the electricity line was not really qualified. So, they cannot pump up the water with the electricity. They cannot pump in the daytime because of the very low voltage. So they can pump up only at midnight after all the people fall asleep. So, they have a big problem about the water. So they request our solar system. It pumps over 1500 gallons of water per hour and the tube-well is 600 feet deep. They distribute water by the pipeline and the village people have to pay one unit of water for 400 Kyats. And the village needs 15000 gallons of water per day. They have two tube-wells in the village and so now they have our solar water system, and it covers more than half of their daily need of water. The solar system can pump in 7 hours a day. Our system works 9:00 O’clock in the morning until 4 O’clock in the evening. So, it works 7 hours per day. This project is a zero Co2 project because they do not use diesel at all. This is a great project for the ecosystem and environment. /Min Min
